Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant experiences in telesales field;

• IT knowledge is an advantage

• Capable of exploring potential customers is preferable;

• Confident, self-motivated and willing to make a lots of telemarketing calls over the phone;

• Success driven person with assertive sales attitude and capable to work under pressure;

• Fluent English is a MUST;

• Immediate availability is preferred;

Program Executive



To ensure the smooth execution of telemarketing projects and events.
To coordinate all operational details such as, but not limited to,
recruitment, coordinate trainings, develop structures and procedures for
the various projects/campaigns.


Key duties/responsibilities:


• Responsible for smooth execution of telemarketing campaigns and events

• Responsible for providing administrative support

• Accountable and responsible for the entire events and programmes from initiation to closing

• Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes
administrative tasks and all resources involved in the project.

• Participation in project meetings

• Coordinate meetings

• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and reports

• Ensure adherence to deadlines.

• File all project related documents (hard and soft copies)

• Responsible to track project changes and project deliverables

• Compile summary documents, e.g. Project reports, performance reports,
project cost reports. Collect and include contributions of the Team

• Willing to work flexible hours whenever necessary

• Other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties

Job Description for Assistant Manager
– Help to supervise/manage operations (invoices, delivery orders, packing)
– to secure new customers
– to service current customers (follow up and deliver products to customers)
– Help to set up and wrap up for events
– Ad hoc deliveries and errands
– Working hours: Monday to Friday (10am – 7pm), Weekends and Public Holiday (if involved in events)
Requirements:
– Positive, cheerful, self-motivated, responsible and pro-active
– Pleasant and good inter-personal skills
– Non-smoker
– Speaks fluent Chinese and English
– Minimum Diploma, 1-2 years sales experience
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Own car and valid driving licence
Remuneration:
– Basic + Commission (for new customers secured) + Transport Allowance
